kenape bile aku on pc lm2 tenet jd slow.. contoh bile on pc selame 1 hari..
sblm ni streamyx aku pki pakej 512 n br je upgrade 1mb..
patut lg laju la kn.. tp sblm aku upgrade pn dah ade prob ni..
biase nye aku on pc 4 - 5 hari ok je speed die..
ade kene mengena ngan prob pc X?

Assalamualaikum mentol dan selamat berpose.

Upgrade option selalu beri masalah, either port assign or line problem. Masalah selalunya bukan dari end user tetapi dari streamyx sendiri sbb salah satu manager finance saya kena gak, masalah yg sama ngan anda.

aper yg saya suah dier buat, ialah complain kat tmpoint. Complain jer ngan refer case id dan sentiasa followup. Pasti dorang akan settlekan masalah. Jangan lupa tuk screenshot bacaan dari speedometer dan attach atau bacakan kat technican streamyx reading speedometer anda.

Jika 1mb anda xdpt 90% iaitu 900Kbps melalui bacaan speedometer, anda leh lodge complain sbb skrang policy streamyx ialah 90% best effort basis.

skarang ni 90% ke?
dlu orang streamyx tu cakap 70%...

ni speed selepas 1 hari pc aku on..
tapi kadang ok plak speed die..
klu aku buat speed test lg skli pn siap dapat result smpi 1.5mb..
pelik pn ade ni..
ade ms klu nk bukak ape2 site kn refresh, site tu x load abis dah berhenti..
kengkadang kuar server not found.. kene refresh baru ok..

same ngan brodband yg d gunakan pada laptop...

bile laptop dan panas(xkre la pakai cooler ke x) speed rate brodband akan terjejas...

xde la trk sgt tp korang akan bengang gak la ngan speed rate die...

Faktor tempetarure cpu anda juga perlu diambil kira...

Check cpu anda panas x diluar range...

Check juga topologi network anda

Adakah ia wifi router?

Ataupun cable extreme?

Disarankan juga gunakan Opera Turbo (tapi beta version la) to speeds up data transfer and to reduces the amount of data that needs to be downloaded in order to view the page by up to 80%.

Jangan guna speedtest, guna speedometer tuk ukur kelajuan dari brickfields atau stesen kelana Jaya, sbb speedtest menggunakan server dari Singapore jadi bacaan mungkin tidak tepat.

Tetapi melalui bacaan speedtest, agak stabil kelajuan internet anda. Jadi, saya rasa mungkin bukan masalah streamyx tetapi mungkin dari computer anda.

1. Anda guna windows versi aper? XP SP2? SP3? or Vista or 7?
2. RAM? baper nilai RAM anda dan leh post screenshot Taskmanager- Proceses list mengikut turutan memory.
3. post juga screenshot MSCONFIG-STRATP LIST.
4. Selain surh internet anda ader guna torrent? direct download cam IDM?

aku baru je format pc ni 2 3 ari lepas.. x de perubahan pn kt speed..
internet memang kejap laju kejap selow..

aku mmg ade pki speedometer tu n the result sm je dr speedtest yg aku buat...
kenkadang x sampai 100kbps pn..

aku paki window xp sp3
ram 2gb..


screen short ni x le bwt la MSCONFIG-STRATP LIST
aku mmg pakai torrent..
