xblh la..
sblm ni saya ada guna idm..
ps2 saya padam icon idm kat desktop,
ps2 terus xblh pakai,
skarang ni install pun dia xnak run jgk,
tadi baru clear kan semua fail idm kat registry,
ps2 install balik ikut step yg tom buat kat atas tu
tapi bila nak run xblh la,,
dia tulis mcm ni,

windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

knp jadi mcm tu ye?
nak bg elok macam mana?

Aper lokasi installation IDM anda?
OS yg anda guna?
Aper error message yg kuar bila anda nk install?

Cuba guna software Your! Uninstaller dan uninstall IDM, pas tu guna ccleaner tuk clean registry. Restart computer dan cuba ikut panduan diatas tuk install balik.

lepas copy icon dia p kat desktop,terus blh pakai..
ps2 fail2 dia pun nak kne create folder kat desktop jgk..

Maksudnya installation directory tu kat dekstop bukan ker program files. Anyway, jika nk begitu carry on, No harm.

stiap kli nk uninstall sy gne Your! Uninstaller ttp xbley
ble cbe install die ckp cani

Xperlu sbb yg baru direlease tu packed ngan setup. Yg link pertama tu saya kekalkan incase ader yg nk install dari mula dan guna update link yg kedua tuk update.

Memandangkan anda dah ader IDM terdahulu, saya suah anda guna update kedua tu supaya ia leh overwrite.
