satu lagi cara adalah dengan mengamalkan senaman mata....

tp hati2 sebab ader kesan sampingan...

silap gaya leh wat kulit sekitar mata jd berkedut...

caranyer adalah pejam mata...tan tekan kelopak mata ngan lembut dan urut kekiri kanan atas bawah...(10 min jer ok sekiranyer raser mengatuk) deejay 2
