tepuk kuat kuat di dahi
untuk hilang mengantuk..



buat gerakan tangan dan badan...

kemudian goyang2 kaki dan badan…

buat secara aggresive...
jangan peduli apa kata orang lain..



hilangkan semua stress...



putar terus…



bergoyang2 di depan cermin…



cool down..



kalau belum hilang juga
ambil bantal trus tidur bawah meja :roll:
