This License shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pahang. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Pahang and further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in Malaysia County in the Malaysia County Supreme Court of Kuantan, Pahang. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion of this EULA, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this EULA shall continue in full force and effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
