Two days later (the day they're going to the recording studio) I was sat downstairs at the dining table, eating a bowl of cereal when my ring tone went off. I looked at the caller ID before answering it. "Hey Dems" I said, she almost shouted down the phone "Lena you'll never guess what!!" I had a feeling I knew what she was talking about but I still asked "what?" "I'm in LA!" she shouted again. Yeah, I was right. "Cool, what are you doing here?" "I came to see you!" Sure Demi, it's not like you're here to record a bunch of songs for a movie soundtrack. "Aww, that's great Demi" I said. "So can we meet up? I'm in the airport" I paused before saying "I'm sorry Dems, I have to go out with my cousins but I can meet up later?" As in like an hour, not that she knew that. "Sure, call me when you're ready" Then I said "Ok, bye" quickly before putting the phone down. I ran upstairs and got a shower and pulled on my skinny jeans, a random top and converse. We were leaving early, we had to be at the recording studio first as Kev, Joe and Nick were like the only 'celebrities' in the film. We piled into Kev's car and arrived at the studio 10 minutes before anyone else would get there. We decided that I would surprise Demi by hiding in the booth so I sat under the window even though I was still a bit pissed since she lied to me. A few minutes later I heard the door open and somebody gasped. "OMG you're the Jonas Brothers!" Yepp that was Demi. I heard all 3 of them laugh and then Joe said "Hi I'm Joe, and you are?" "I'm Demi, Demi Lovato and this is my mom, Dianna." She sounded nervous but excited at the same time. "Ok Demi, we're going to lay down your vocals first. So would you please step into the booth" said the man in charge of the switch board (a/n yeah, I don't have a clue what I'm talking about) I saw the door of the booth open and the familiar faded white converse step in. I looked up at Demi but she hadn't noticed me, she was too busy taking in her surroundings. Eventually she glanced at the window, her eyes bulged and she screamed "LENA!" as she threw herself on top of me. "C-c-can't b-b-breathe" I choked out and she released her grip on me. "What are you doing here!?" she almost deafened me. Then Joe walked into the booth and said to Demi "I believe you know my cousin, Selena?" She didn't respond but just stared from Joe to me and back again. "WHAT!?" she shouted, "Lena, why didn't you tell me YOUR COUSINS are the Jonas Brothers!?" I shrugged and replied "why didn't you tell me you're starring in a movie WITH the Jonas Brothers?" She went bright red. I'd got her there. "I was going to tell you, today, I promise" She said so fast that I could hardly understand her. Then she looked at me, I glared back at her and she smiled and hugged me.
