Panel Discussion on "Locked Out" - Part IIDuration: 7:01 The Virginia Film Festival was the setting for a panel discussion on "Locked Out: The Fall of Massive Resistance," a new public television documentary about the government of Virginia's decision to close public schools rather than desegregate them. The panel was moderated by Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia Center for Politics and it featured former Virginia Governor L. Douglas Wilder, film director Mason Mills, and several of the students who were "locked out" and are featured in the film. The panel discussion took place following the film's theatrical premiere on November 7, 2009. (Part 2 of 5 parts) |
